Ears/cleat are positioned to make tie off easy and safe and still prevent larks footing (girth hitch). Designed for 7/16” (11 mm) diameter rope, but will work with 1/2” (12 mm) diameter rope.  Made of aluminum, anodized gold, weighing eight ounces (.24 kg) with a strength of 13,000 pounds (58 kN).
